1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aceph11 online gaming platform, including the aceph11 Casino website, mobile-optimised interface, all games, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and aceph11 ("aceph11", "we", "us", "our").

This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. aceph11 strictly enforces this requirement through its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. aceph11 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by aceph11 or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• One Account Per Person: You may only hold one active account on the aceph11 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of the aceph11 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

aceph11 is required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before permitting real-money deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months); and
• Any additional documentation that aceph11 may reasonably request in connection with its anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

aceph11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where KYC verification cannot be completed to its satisfaction, or where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete . In such cases, aceph11 may withhold any funds pending investigation and, where fraud or misrepresentation is established, may forfeit those funds in accordance with applicable law.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aceph11 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

aceph11 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify aceph11 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

aceph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified aceph11 of a suspected security breach.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

aceph11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya;
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank; and
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to an eligible bank account.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the aceph11 Platform and must not be used to fund your account:

• Credit cards (credit card gambling deposits are prohibited under Philippine regulations);
• Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aceph11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with aceph11's withdrawal procedures. aceph11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

aceph11 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified;

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the aceph11 Platform, including but not limited to the aceph11 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of aceph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without aceph11's prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorised use of the Content may constitute an infringement of aceph11's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aceph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond aceph11's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Platform's content.

aceph11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aceph11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aceph11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination & Suspension

aceph11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• A requirement imposed by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority;
• Discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination (where termination is not due to your breach or fraudulent conduct) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting aceph11 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the aceph11 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

Players who believe that aceph11 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may also file a complaint with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the relevant regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

aceph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aceph11 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the aceph11 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.
